50:50 pension or not

I don't really know what to choose.

My stbxw can get alimony for 5 years from me. She says she doesn't want that. She wants a post prenum contract.

If she takes the alimony, I need to move out of the apartment bc the alimony will take 1/4 of my monthly pay which makes this apartment too expensive. She moved out and she left our son to me (100%) and our daughter to 50%. Theirfor she needs to pay me childsupport which she is paying. She wanted me to stay in our apartment so the kids can still live in the place they grew up in.

I took one lawyer, she didn't. I filled eventhought she initiated and left.

She wants me to leave her pension to her and mine to me. Her pension is higher then mine. She also owns 1/8 of a Familie house and owns a very expensive painting, she will inherite the house to 100% and a couple of 100k's from her mother (85) in the next 15 years. I owe a lifeinsurrance which she doesn't want to have with the post prenum.

I could deny the post prenum and we will need to split everything 50:50 this could lead into; me having to pay her part of my life insurrance but I will get more pension later in life.

Or take the post prenum and keep my life insurrance but get less pension.

If I don't take the post prenum, it might happen that she changes her mind and insists on alimony.

I don't know how much pension a month I will get more if I take 50:50, I think it's a couple of hunderts a month (100-400).

There isn't much she can do about the 50:50 by law here if I don't sign the post prenum... we won't be in court for a long time...

If I don't sign the post prenum she will definitely start to cry about it everywhere and blame me for being "poor". I am btw on no contact since she left, we communicate over email.

I don't know what to choose, do you?
