Artifacts after clearing cache
Yesterday I decided not only to update my drivers but also to clean the directx and nvidia cache.
I followed this guides first.

Then I installed the new drivers and restarted the PC.
I opened Star Wars BF2 (2017) and saw that square artifacts appeared, I didn't take a photo, but I think you can imagine what they are (although there weren't many). I alt tabbed, and the artifacts were still in the browser and desktop. Before panicking, I downloaded ddu, and went through the entire process to cleanly install the drivers. After rebooting again I didn't have any artifacts, neither on the desktop nor in the games, today I was able to play without seeing any artifacts, so logic tells me that if before cleaning the cache, and after cleanly installing the drivers everything works fine, everything should be fine, the problem is that I am still worried that those artifacts have appeared, and I read a comment that says that these artifacts can never be caused by drivers, so I don't know if I should be worried or not.
PD: I downloaded and ran superposition benchmark (performance test) 4 times in a row in 1080p extreme, 9060 score, maximum temperature of 83, no artifacts.
I leave an example video that is not mine, something like that was the number of squares, I don't remember the color or if they remained static or not.
