Some tips?

(Brand new player please give some tips) it’s the servers second day, and I’ve already taken over 5 neighboring states. Every single one of my provinces have 25 or more troops, plus an armored car and I have 3 battle blimps. #Is this too much too fast? #2 I’m number 1 on sever including my “clan” I forgot what it’s called. But my direct neighbor is #2 including his clan. Not sure what to do about him.
