CSP stuttering when drawing

Okay, so when I use my tablet or mouse or just hovering my cursor over the canvas, it'll stutter over random intervals. Like it'll just create a straight line from where it originally was before the stutter to after. I don't know how to fix it.

I tried reinstalling CSP, reinstalling my tablet drivers, excluding CSP from my antivirus, lowering undo amount, setting input frequency to prefer speed, turning off Delay for Stabilization, setting cursor display to dot, etc. I don't know what else to do.

I use CSP 2.0.6, Windows 10, and the last Artist Pro 22 driver for XP-Pen.
