For those who wanted to know the technique..

I have a shower technique that helps preserve the smell of soaps on your skin. When you get in the shower, make sure to use the soap LAST. Do hair care, face wash, and everything first. Then when it comes to washing with the soap, get the soap wet, step out of the stream and lather yourself like normal. Now for the real steps. Step 1, start scrubbing extra on the designated area you want to smell your soap on, and make sure to get a real nice lather on it. (Arms, chest, pits, etc.) Step 2, your gonna want to rinse the rest of your body off except for your designated area. Step 3, your going to finally go back into stream and quickly swipe off the Suds from your designated area, and don't spend too long in the water, just make sure the Suds get quickly off. Step 4, when drying yourself, only pat the designated area with towel to preserve smell. Step 5, leave the shower and smell your skin, it's hard to smell it if your still in the bathroom (unless you use cold water). Sometimes it is okay to not completely wash off the Suds during Step 3. If anyone needs a simpler explanation, then let me know.
