Hair test help

Hey so this is going to be a bit of a dark post… life got really rough for me (not jumping into details) and I tried to unalive myself about a month ago. I’ve been seeking therapy, have a stronger support system, and am on the path of a mental health recovery. Not the point of this post though.

In this “event” I consumed a number of drugs in my cabinet including Tylenol, ibuprofen, and most importantly adderall which I do NOT have a prescription for. I took probably around 80 mg total? This happened a month ago so it is definitely still there. To my luck, I now have a hair follicle test in 3 days for a job I am so excited for. What in the world do I do. Please help
