Thyroid, Uterus, ovarian Insecurity keeping me up at night

I’m > 18 months menopausal with two huge and one small nodule on my thyroid. I have lab work in the morning and a ultrasound uterus ran biopsy next week due to some undesirable post menopausal symptoms. Also have an appointment for a rfa consultation the following week in an attempt to avoid a thyroidectomy. I have become the world’s worst sleeper ever since the doctor mentioned the possibility of a hysterectomy. Also,Im trying to get over a dumb cold, my hair has some new grays and I noticed a batch of hair chin today, boo!!. On top of all that the husband is having some urology/kidney issues as well that presented like 5 minutes after I told him about my endometrial issues and the possibility of an additional surgery. I’m just tired but not sleepy and wanted to complain a little. Thanks for listening. All the best, Overwhelmed
