American Marines in town?

Noticed a pair of guys in what I believe were USMC camouflage uniforms in markettown today, anyone know specifically what's up?

I know the Black Knights squadron was staying at Williamtown around this time last year, so I'm imagining it's something similar with them or another aviation unit.
