V3 ESC seems weird...

My V3 ESC died, so I got a new one, it had done 3,500 miles so fair enough.

It's the later 6.5 version, which is a bit different... It's much less agressive with accelleration.. in Pro mode it has a curve now rather than just gunning it, but that's probably a good thing lol.. The brakes seem stronger though..

What's weird though, especially in Medium, when I throttle it, it goes to a slow speed, then if i let off and throttle it again it gets to a faster speed, and then if I do the same it gets faster and faster...

Is that normal?

Also the speed on it when I try it (on its back not riding) max's out at 64 kph. This seems crazy. Its the MR remote so I can't change wheel speed (i'm on 100's so its set to 90') and I can't change to MPH..

But why does it show as 64 kph? It's clearly not that, though I've not tested full speed yet.
With my two ER batteries I can usually get 32/33 mph on the flat in good conditions, yet to test this updated one, but I will.
