Windows 11 + O&O ShutUp10++, does it help with the privacy concerns?

I've been hearing a lot about Windows 11 being a data privacy nightmare, but I haven't heard anyone talk about O&O's ShutUp10++. I've been using this software for a long while on my Windows 10 system. I'm wondering if the new version that supports Windows 11 would help with most of the concerns people are having regarding Windows 11's data and privacy risks. (I currently do not have a Windows 11 system)
