Buyer Blocked by Vinted and Not Marking as Received (no personal info)

The buyer was blocked by Vinted the day after I sent the parcel. I used Royal Mail tracked 48 and have the delivery proof photo of her receiving it. Can they still respond to messages and mark as received while being blocked? She’s showing up online every couple of hours and other buyers and sellers are able to leave her reviews. I don’t understand why she’s ghosting me if she can still access her messages. It’s giving me so much anxiety as it’s an expensive item. It shows I have to wait a month if they don’t mark it as received. Ughh I hate Royal Mail.
