Can I use an SCP in my coursework?

For my film studies coursework, we have to write a screenplay for an original short film, and I wanted to use SCP-6092 as the basis for my story. Does anyone know if I can somehow contact the creator of the article and ask if I can use their SCP? Or if I can use the SCP Foundation in my coursework in general?

I don't want to accidentally get done for stealing someone else's work lol, so if anyone knows who wrote the article or could get me their contact details that would be amazing.
