I think I know who/what attacked Kissy Missy at the end of Poppy Playtime: Chapter 3 and who will be the villain in Capter 4

No one is talking about this, and I may be on to something here. Experiment #1322 attacked Kissy Missy at the end of PPT: Chapter 3. Think about it: We don't know who, or what they are, other than the fact that they are a child named Kevin, and If you've played through Home Sweet Home, after your nightmare with Huggy Wuggy, you'll find a brown VHS tape in which they are experimenting on a child named Kevin (Experiment #1322), and we don't mention what it is other than Kevin, and I think that this Experiment #1322 will also be the new villain in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 4. If you disagree, let me know what else y'all think.
