Any Germans here?

I have multiple lipomas and they are increasing in numbers. My hausarzt assures me there is nothing that needs to be done, but some are really getting painful. I would like to get at least some of them removed and if my Hausarzt doesn’t refer me to a surgeon or something, I have no other option apart from travelling to a place and pay and get it done.

Because I have already paid thousands of €€€ into this healthcare system, I would like to make use of it. Does anyone have some tips or ways how I could proceed? Also I will be moving to a new city soon. So my hausarzt will change and I can try my luck again.
