Looking for data on the performance of Chinese-made chips.

Hi People,
I'm a sort of generic, generalist researcher working for a consultancy, and I'm currently helping someone with a project where they are trying to forecast the future of the semiconductor industry. Does anyone know where I can get decent historical data on how good the leading Chinese made (i.e. probably SMIC) chip has been at various points in time? Ideally, data on something technical like FLOP per second (hope I've got that right!) would be good, but even just data on when the Chinese industry reached various nodes would help; I found some info on the latter scattered on Wikipedia and WikiChip, but not much. (I'm aware two "7nm" or whatever chips may in fact differ in quality, but it would still be better than nothing.)
