Buying wine in Tokyo

I’m visiting Tokyo for a few days next week. I’m interested in buying a few bottles of wine for some private dinners I’m having during my trip, in particular back vintage Burgundies and Bordeauxs. I know that the department stores typically have good wines, but are there other places I can find good value?
