I don’t know what else to do :/

Hey all, so I’ve been at my target fulfillment job for about 1 month or so and I love/hate it. As I mentioned before, I made sure to let the TL’s know that I have multiple disabilities mostly neurological that can sometimes hinder my performance at work. They told me that they hire people with disabilities all the time, so I figured I was in the right hands…. Clearly not. I was Informed last week, that my numbers of orders should be in the 14000 area. It’s much lower than that. I bust my ass at work. I try my hardest given the limitations I have. I strive to be the best I can and still it’s not good enough :/. They’re always calling me into their office just to talk to me about my job performance. No matter how many times I explain to them why and or that I’m really trying. They’re still not happy. And not for nothing I think it’s kinda insane that all they care about is #’s and how they look vs how to help individuals with disabilities. 🤷‍♀️
