I think my third eye is open now or I need a little more effort to open it completely.

Last year idk how but I started chanting Gayatri mantra in brahmamuhurat daily for several days and one thing happened to my eyebrow centre I started feeling tingling sensation and seeing light around my ajna chakra area also my intuitions increased clarity of understanding improved seeing white light sometimes also after that I chanted shiv panchakshari mantra during saavan months daily 11 malas but till now still I feel those tingling sensations everytime around my eyebrow centre what should I do next now I sometimes do normal breath meditations, also during Gayatri days my lust rose to another level and also heat in body please can somebody guide me through this it'll be a big help.
