Reccs on any good Business English Textbooks for an upcoming course

Quick background: For this upcoming summer semester, I need to teach 3 courses - one of which is a business English class. The other two are really my main focus and occupy most of my prep time. With that said, I am looking for an intermediate (I think) business textbook that has a lot of discussions and / or activities, meaning I won't have to do a lot of prep for it.

Or, you know, whatever. If you ever taught from one that you thought was really good, please let me know. Really appreciate it.
