Rant: My boss is punishing me for something that's his own fault by delaying my salary

For context, he asked me to fill up a set of forms for a competition he and his friend is joining this month two days ago. I already did his, but since we don't have his friend's info yet and because it was a holiday yesterday, I was only able to do the second one this morning.

Except the info he gave me was incomplete and I was only able to fill up the first page. I sent a message to him about it and he didn't reply though he has seen the message. 8 hours passed with no word from him so I thought it was fine and went home.

But as soon as I boarded a jeep, I received a message from him saying that he just got back and he is pissed because I "escaped" from him. He them chewed me out for not having any initiative and not asking about it even though he's quoting the very same message where I did ask him about it and then proceeded to say he's not going to give my salary tomorrow as punishment.

So here I am now back at the office at 6:40pm waiting for him to actually send me the details I need so that I could finish this sh*t and go home.
