Would it be worth it to go from i5 12400F to Ryzen 9900X3D(when it comes out). I use VR too

Lets says 9900X3D is around 10% better than 7800X3D. I play mostly simracing on Quest 3 VR..

Currently i use i5 1400f + RTX 3060ti. Would upgrade to something like RTX 5070/80 when it comes out
