Midi controller with silent keys

I've been searching around Google and it seems like there aren't any controller keyboards with silent keys.

Is it really that hard to put some pads on top and bottom so the keys don't hit the plastic directly?

Well, let's see if anyone knows of a 49 or 61 key model around 300 Euros with reasonably silent keys.
