Struggling in the bedroom

So to cut the story short it was an arranged marriage for me 37M at that time with her 33F. There was a strabismus issue in one eye which I initially overlooked as I thought it would be shallow; it doesn't really bother me that much except now it does more than before because our intimate life is very very poor. I can't get it hard with her and feels like a chore and I don't even look forward to it..I think the attraction isn't really there after 2 years and even Viagra doesn't do the trick..she's inexperienced as am I and she's too religious for certain things that I like..we get along for the most part except in the bedroom it's dead...reallf starting to worry as at this rate I won't have a sex life and how will we even start a family...I guess physical attraction is super important but the eye situation is kind of getting to me know and no there is no surgery option as doctors.said that the issue is since childhood and can't be rectified..I don't really wanna divorce but I also feel like I am screwed
