Lost book

Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this book is on wattpad/what the name of it could be. I'm looking for a book that a read ages ago, I based on the seven deadly sins and all I rember is that they are in high school the school is split into differnt groups. Also the main character can casue plants to grow and he is mated to wrath, also sloth can shape shift into an animal and the main Characters best friend can shift into a little bear I think. If anyone can help me find that name or where I can find the book it would be greatly appreciated.
