What in the hell is wrong with me

For months now my nose has been dry and it's difficult to breath through. My sense of smell is very weak. I had a concussion over a year ago but this wasn't an issue right after. It's only became a major issue a couple months after and lately it feels like it's gotten worse. A lot of pressure around the eyes and forehead area as well.
