Crohn’s disease, inflammation, body pain

Hi! I’m very interested in red light therapy, but want to learn more. Does anyone have recommendations for a device that helps with Crohn’s disease, inflammation, and/or body pain. All I know is that it should be FDA cleared/approved (idk the difference).
