every time i finish updating my game for the metallica update on pc it just reastarts, updates for another 40 mins, repeats

its so annoying ive restarted epic, cancelled installation, deselected/reselected multiple install options, tried everything. idk why its doing this and its really bugging me as ive spent the past 3 hours trying to play trhe new update.
