SHS Payment Confirmation Slip (Special D-SHAPE)

I paid the confirmation fee since May 29 using GCash. It's been 17 days and I still haven't received the payment confirmation slip yet, I'm not even sure if my payment was successful... has anyone received their confirmation slips already? if not, when will it be released? 😭
