Beware Orderly Red Rock and Fedex
It has been incredibly frustrating to use Orderly, terrible response times, refuse to make things right. For $399 a month, I expect to get what I paid for. Meds delivered without compromised efficacy! Don’t tell me that meds sitting in 90 degree temps delivered warm, 4 days past original estimated day are completely okay to use. Just put them in the fridge they said! Red Rock has a 28 day BUD, I just lost 4 days.
Every website including EliLilly, Mayo Clinic, WebMD, GoodRx, Drugs.com, Cleveland Clinic, and host of a 100 others all say:
- Has to be stored between 36 and 46 degrees.
- It is safe at room temps of up to 86 degrees for 21 days
- Once it is brought to room temp, it should nor be refrigerated again
Page 8 of this doc from FDA states the same. https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/drugsatfda_docs/label/2022/215866s000lbl.pdf
So how are you telling me that it is fine? How are you telling me to re-refrigerate it after it is warm? How are you giving a a 4 week dose that can only last outside refrigeration for 21 days? If it was fine, then why pack with ice to begin with?
I for one am reporting Orderly and RedRock so they get investigated. I work way too hard for my money for this nonsense!
