Angela's underbite

What happened to Angela's teeth? I know she had most of them pulled and got dentures, but her bottom plate looks like it's too big for her mouth. I think her dentist has probably seen her on 90 Day and decided to pay her back for being such a loudmouth bully by giving her that awful underbite!
