i hear the voice in my head while reading subtitles

I used to watch A LOT of anime back when I was in highschool but I suddenly stopped watching it for a long time. I watched anime again after 2 years but I lost my subtitle reading skill and hear my own voice when reading subtitles. It's annoying. How do I get rid of it?
