Need help!

Okay so it’s a video on a darkskin guy who is on live with what looks to be a homeless lightskin lady. He says to the lady that the people on the live were donating money to her. He tells her “im going to give it all to you” but looks in the camera smirking. Either he was lying about the donations or the fact he was going to give her the money. I’ve been losing my mind over this and I can’t find anything!! Please help!!
