Were there Witches in twisted wonderland?

It's been a while since I've read the last few books but were there witches in twisted wonderland. I was wondering if there were and considering Grim and presumably Mc were dressed up as witches during the first two halloween events so that means there must have been a few of them back then. Or at least in stories.
