Does iRacing take SOF into account with iRating?

For example, I’ve been doing IMSA with the GTPs this week and I’ve been qualifying generally in the top 3 of my field with a relatively equal SOF to my iRating, but I’ve just qualified P9 for the same race with a lap that would usually put me high in the standings, because the SOF of my class is far higher than usual. Would iRacing take this into account when calculating my gained or lost iRating and potentially SR?
