Need advice: PM in big company vs Sr. PM in a startup

I have cleared interview with two companies( awaiting offer from one) One of them is a PM role in a MNC automotive company that goes deep in one of the tech aspect of IoT while the other is a Senior PM role with a Startup comes with team of PMs to manage hardware and software of a drones as a service product. While my skills and passion are aligned with both the roles, I want to take decision with a forward looking perspective that helps me grow as a product manager and build a strong career. I request any senior PM or executive here who can share some advice from your experience and suggest a structure to evaluate the situation to help me take a decision.

FYI: I am 36yrs old with over a decade of experience in OEMs and 2yrs exp as a product manager.
