Has heavy bleeding subsided for anyone?

Guess I’m looking for hope on the horizon - I’m 10 months in and still no relief. There are 2-3 days of my cycle where I’m changing my diva cup every couple hours to avoid soiling clothes & nighttime soiling is a given.
