Current road status

Hi evryone I'm planning a solo bike ride to leh from chandigarh and back within 10 days

Plan is simple I'll leave early around 4-5 AM and go to Keylong directly

then next day keylong to leh

stay at leh and at keylong I aim to use my tent for a night some place safe

then after reaching Leh I'll try to cover as many places as possible via bike

Main concerns:-

1 can I get permit at the check post or have to get it online?

2 is it good to do solo camping in leh and near by areas

3 should i carry cash or upi is best?

PS i'm from HImachal itself and I work at CHD area so yeah need your suggestions asap
