Recommendations Required to Learn More About Structural Engineering

Greetings,

I am a Junior Structural Engineer working in a small firm which is making it tuff fir me to only focus on the structural engineering aspect as I have to mostly help in other tech or IT related stuff as well there. However, I learnt a lot about different things but I still feel like I cannot do much in the field I was hired for. I have never helped in detailing or design work however my employer makes me draw models for reporting purpose mostly and compling and sending those reports to the clients. I feel stucked here however I want to grown better in this field to be able to handle independent projects.

I really need suggestions to how can I learn about it as the internet feels so overwhelming in this regard if I don't have certain planning or suggestions.
