2008 VW polo

Anyone have any idea what this could be? When full locking the steering wheel right it makes an awful clanking noise sounds like it’s coming from left side of the engine, I’m taking it in to garage next week just any thoughts on what this might be? It’s only when it’s in full lock to the right
