Feeling nauseous after starting.

I took my first dose of Sema yesterday and initially felt fine. However, at 5am this morning, I suddenly woke up feeling extremely nauseous. I ended up vomiting once and managed to fall back asleep afterward. Now, I still feel somewhat nauseous, especially when I move around. I'm hesitant to eat anything because I'm worried I might get sick again.

Has anyone else experienced this after starting Sema? Did the nausea improve over time, or should I expect this reaction after each subsequent dose?
