Hi, teenage male confused

Hi, I’ve posted ok here before but keep getting permanently banned bc I ban evaded the sub teenagers, once which I now regret. ( wish we could undo perma bans) so for now I must just make new accounts which last shortly before being removed, to get people to answer my quarrels. So basically I was sitting in my room and my sister when to shower, and I had an intrusive image r3pe her. Sadly.. and then it kept going and then I had RHE thought of masterbating, and it felt like I wanted to, but I didn’t.. and I didn’t. And I, kind of worried about these intrusive urges being too strong.
