was getting shocked

So I read a whole other thread about this same issue and I'm pretty concerned, it wouldn't shock me for a while but then I played outside (with a different outlet) and after a while my strings felt weird so I stopped playing. I'm fairly sure it was the outlet, considering the 2 outlets Ive used for my amp were directly in the wall and a 4 one; the one outside is an 8 one.
