IG & TT private conversations censorship

I'm so tired. I use Instagram like anyone else to talk with friends and also dating. I have 50k followers so I get quite a bit of DMs and I talk with many girls. Even if just 1 girl out of 50 I talk to chooses to report me, I get instantly banned from sending DMs for 7 days. For reference, I'm in Europe, so how stringent they are might be different from other geos. I just got banned for 7 days for the 34th time because I said "wake up bro". The time before that I got banned because I said "I'm prettier than you".

I'm at the point where I can't use the account to say ANYTHING or I'll be banned for 7 days, or even perma deleted. God forbid you say something that someone might dislike because IG and TT will destroy you. We reached black-mirroresque level of automatic censorship in private conversations. It's like the episode Nosedive where you are forced to be always over the top fake kind to everyone even in private in order not to be excluded from society. It's very much the same thing on TikTok. So it's not unique to META. I can report anyone on tiktok I DMed with for literally anything and 100% they'll get banned (TT notifies me when that happens). Actually, TT is even worse. they ban you for 1 full month at a time lmao. Is it the same in your country?
