Is SickDance record label legit?

Hey, I got contacted by a record label interested in one of my tracks. They just sent a basic email asking me to send a private soundcloud link with my demo. I uploaded and waited for a few weeks until they got back to me with another email. They told me that they find the idea great but it needs mastering and offered their mastering service for 75 USD. Now the track itself is mastered, but I accept the fact that it might be not enough in quality. However they told me to pay upfront and then they send a contract. I asked them to send the contract so I can review before I pay. They sent a blank one-page PDF that doesn't look too convincing to be frank.

Does anyone have experience with Sick Dance record label? I can barely find anything about them online.
