Rudis vs Nike shoe sizing

I need some help. My son has to order his gear pack next week which includes his mandated team shoes, which are Rudis Laser Beams. I was hoping to go buy a Dick’s Sports to try some Rudis shoes on to figure out what size he wears in Rudis, but where we are no sporting goods stores carry wrestling shoes offseason.

He has a pair of Nike Inflicts and a pair of FFBs that are both size 10. I’ve heard Rudis fit differently but now am not finding anything that says what the difference is. I’ve heard Rudis are more narrow, which is fine because his feet aren’t wide. I’m just worried about the length.

He’s been told he can’t wrestle unless he wears this particular shoe. I don’t want to get them and they be too big or small, and I don’t want to have to buy a second pair if I’m already paying for a pair that doesn’t fit him.
