Fan/Heatsink Upgrade for Dell Inspiron 14 (7472)

Hi All, I have this Dell Inspiron 14 7000 (7472) and the fan hums when it gets going. I see this is normal complaint. Rather than just replace with a new one, is there a better cooling fan unit I can upgrade with? Thank you all!
