UK Policing Podcast
Hello,
As I obviously have too much time on my hands and I'm job pissed. I was considering doing a podcast on UK policing.
I was thinking a monthly one hour thing which covers a varirty of topics each time.
I was going to have it as a talk show type format with me (a semi-wxperienced front line cop with a variety of backgrounds), another cop TBC and a friend who knows nothing about policing as a sort of instigator of discussion, with the occasional guest if possible.
So far I have the following "Features" I think could work every month:
Good things on policing that have happened that month. (Good for cops, good for the public, political developments).
Bad things that have happened (cops resetting the naughty clock, cows getting ran over etc)
What pissed me off this week in policing.
Stories in policing.
Which forces are recruiting/what jobs.
Useful resources for policing.
Welfare in policing.
Listener questions.
Anyway, I'll get to the point. I have a few questions:
Would anyone actually be interested in listening to something like this?
If so are there any other things you'd like to hear on a podcast?
If I did this anonymously, e.g. just was PC Dave instead of my full details, never disclosed anything GDPR related, my identity or what force me or my guests work for etc and edited my voice enough that it wasn't apparent to colleagues who is the host. Would this be an issue with PSD if they found out? Or would I get I. Trouble for NOT disclosing it, even if the content itself wasn't an issue.
