Speech pathologist - career change?

27F, I love my job, but find the upward mobility in this career challenging. I live in Sydney and the cost of living is high. My pay will cap out at $100k in another 2 years at which point I’d really like to become a mum. My husband has great earning potential, but I’m competitive and ambitious and would like to earn more for myself. I love working in healthcare and am not opposed to management roles. But I’d strictly like to work in a management role that actually involves interacting with people. Any suggestions for job ideas?
