Filmtweak / config help

Hi all,

I recently got back into cod 4 promod on PC and have been playing and customizing my config to my preferences. I downloaded a config from CFG Factory and customized it to my binds and filmtweaks HOWEVER when i am in game on a server that allows these things i cannot get the filmtweaks to work. Any advice or suggestions is much appreciated. Thank you all and have a great day.
