How would you handle the interaction?

Hello, I have an Esty digital shop. Someone bought a 3$ template and wrote me a message afterwards along the lines of:"Hello Team ShopName, I have bought one of your item and I really liked it, however I was just thinking if you can give me the ... template as a complimentary with that, that will be very generous from your end. This is the exact file... here's my email address...".

I'd like to mention I'm not a Team, nor do I mention that I am. In the shop description I mention I do everything myself. The "team" seems very scammy to me.

The template he wants is a 4$ template (currently on sale). I found it quite rude he asked for a free template after his first purchase. Never had that happen before. I don't really want to give him anything for free, but I'm on the fence that if I don't he'll leave a 1 star review (I know it's review extortion, but I'd have a hard time proving it since he didn't mention anything about reviews).

How would you handle the whole interaction?
